Had a very pleasant experience working with Kath on a deal as a buyers agent. Highly recommended!

Communication was amazing and her effort to go over and beyond to make the deal happen was a testament to her character as a person and dedication to her job for her clients.

Also a fantastic negotiator. Keep it up Kath!

Kath was on top of market movements and very responsive after hours and weekends to keep us informed of offers. We engaged Kath to sell our home after initially meeting her canvassing our street a year prior. No pressure at any time and honoring time frames for communications. Very professional and very helpful in all aspects. We have had a positive outcome with the sale of our house and thoroughly recommend Kath if either buying or selling.

Kath was absolutely fantastic to work with when selling our property in Cooran. We gelled straight away from when we met to get our house appraised. She was very knowledgeable, quick to relay any information to us and recommended a great photographer. When it came to selling the house she pushed it off market and got it sold extremely quickly as soon as it went online. We were extremely happy with the price she got for us and she was spot on with her appraisal.

We first met Kath Wilkinson when we were looking for a new home to purchase in the local area. Kath was very welcoming and helpful when we inspected several properties for sale through Noosa Hinterland Real Estate during our househunting journey. We finally found a house which turned out to be our favourite after searching for some months. Kath was most obliging with regard to showing the house privately for us several times, and has been a great adviser and very helpful during the purchase process. We would highly recommend Kath Wikinson and Noosa Hinterland Real Estate for anyone wanting a smooth experience in purchasing a property through them.

Kath helped Dad sell his house at a difficult time after mum passed away, and he needed to move to an aged care facility. We initially chose Kath because she was very personable and professional and had some good ideas on how best to market the home. Although my sister and I were the primary contacts for selling the house, and did most of the liaising with Kath, Kath made sure dad was respected and included in the process, even going out to see him at the aged care home to explain the next steps and sign some papers. Kath was kind and patient at a time that was difficult for all of us. She understood staging the home wasn't an option for us and worked around it. Her communication was excellent with very quick responses and we were always kept in the loop. Her offer to find a trade or ring around for us was truly appreciated and helped lighten our load at a stressful time. If you are looking for someone who ticks all the boxes, Kath is your person ☺️.
